We are incredibly excited to announce that one of our favorite projects has been nominated for Best Residential Woodworking Project in British Columbia by the Architectural Woodworking Association of Canada!
The project chosen is our Casa del Crago featuring stunning white cabinetry with a distressed island and matching custom hutch. We are so fortunate to have worked with local restoration company, Paulson Fire and Flood and Brenda Crago Interior Designs on this stunning home!

Scope of Work
Gipman Millwork was contracted to supply and install the entire custom cabinetry package for homeowners who experienced an unfortunate laundry room flood. The scope consisted of the kitchen cabinetry, display hutch, island, main floor bathroom vanity, upstairs bathroom vanity, master ensuite vanity and a walk in closet.
The most challenging part of the job was the variety of details to be accommodated and ensuring that nothing was missed. We were continually updating and improving our shop drawings to ensure that the client and contractor had a full understanding of the work. Our staff thrive on challenges like these as they help us to grow as a team.
Our painters had a lot of fun working with the unique style of finishing to achieve the rustic, rub-through look the homeowner desired. The island and hutch are contrasting features to the rest of the kitchen perimeter.
