This stunning home was built in 2016 by Fil and his team at CZ Construction in Invermere, British Columbia. The workmanship and attention to detail is truly remarkable. Lets take a look around!
Don and Sonja Krill decided that they wanted to build a seasonal oasis for their retirement years that they could share with family and friends. They pulled out all the stops and built a spectacular home with a golf course view in the Copper Point district.
This kitchen is a show stopper, no doubt about it. From the feature hood range, to the hidden appliances this kitchen has it all! The massive island in this kitchen has a gorgeous feature peice of granite that makes it unique from the rest of the kithcne.
The dishwasher and fridge are panel-ready models which means that instead of being stainless steel, the can blend in with the cabinetry.
At the far end of the kitchen is a beverage bar, complete with a wine rack that holds 12 bottles, as well as a sink and coffee maker. Having the beverage counter on the far end of the kitchen allows for easy entertaining when guests need to grab a drink, but don't want to get in the way of the chef!
To the left of the beverage bar is the wall oven, microwave and pantry storage. This location is incredibly convenient in this home because around the corner is the garage, meaning when the groceries come in, they are easily and quickly put away!
This mudroom bench is right beside the door to the garage. Instead of a place to kick off dirty boots, shoes are stored in drawers, keeping the space clean and free of clutter. Those dirty boots can stay outside in the garage!
The laundry room is right behind the kitchen, only a few quick steps from the master bedroom.
The master bathroom is a dream, with the his and hers sink and abundance of storage, who wouldn't love this space? Talk about having your own private spa!
The vanity tops are a solid white quartz with undermount sinks. The solid white is a wonderful compliment to the painted shaker cabinets.
For the powder room, our clients wanted something a little different. They decided on this simple, furniture style vanity with an open shelf for baskets.
I wish I had this basement! It is the perfect place for entertaining. Plenty of storage for wine, lots of space for glassware and of course, a floating shelf for the liquor bottles! Please excuse the missing bar fridge!
I love this ice bucket! The countertop in the bar is a matte black quartz surface with a small undermount sink.
Last but not least, this stunning fireplace.
